Waterproof Fabric and Build Quality
The sling uses waterproof fabric and waterproof zips, specifically Coats water resistant reverse coil zippers, which helps explain why the bag feels properly weather resistant rather than merely shower resistant. That matters because this is exactly the type of bag I use outdoors, whether I am travelling, out for the day, or cycling with small but important items like my phone, wallet, keys, microphones or camera gear inside.
In everyday use that waterproofing adds real reassurance. Sudden rain is not something I need to think about, which is particularly useful when moving between trains, airports and hotels while travelling, or when riding my bike with electronics in the bag.
The overall construction also feels solid. Comfort and Everyday Carry

The layout is simple and practical. The sling has three zip compartments, including the main compartment and two additional zipped sections. Inside the main compartment you will find two stretchy mesh pockets. These help separate smaller items so they do not all end up loose at the bottom of the bag.
In real use, the sling fits more than you might expect. When travelling, I can either carry my Sony ZV-E10 camera and lens or my GoPro mounted on a MediaMod battery, plus a set of DJI microphones, windcats, my wallet, phone and hotel key. Because the items sit close together, everything remains easy to access.
When I use it on my bike, the contents change slightly. In that case I usually carry a pump, wallet, phone, keys and a few other small items. Even then the sling still feels organised rather than cramped.

For what it is designed to do, the Stubble and Co crossbody sling performs well. It keeps everyday essentials organised while remaining small and lightweight.
In practice, I find it most useful when travelling with a larger backpack. When I combine it with the Hybrid 30L or the Adventure Bag, I can keep cameras, microphones, wallet and other quick-access items in the sling instead of digging through the main bag.
At the same time, it works just as well for normal daily use. For example, when I head out on my bike or go out for the day, the sling carries everything I need without adding bulk.
